Meadow House

Planning approval has been received for this new home on the site of an existing bungalow on an exclusive road in Caversham Heights, Berkshire. Using traditional forms but with contemporary detailing and materials, this new build house will sit sensitively within the streetscene.

A soft white bespoke brick blend is used across the site, not only for the main house but for the adjacent garden outbuilding and garage, alongside a natural slate tile. The property has been designed with sustainability in mind from the start with an air source heat pump, batteries and solar panels.

Fineline are not only providing the architectural services but have also completed the interiors package for the project.

Works are intending on proceeding to site in Spring 2026.
