Transforming a dated 1970s house into a contemporary home for family life.

We worked closely with our clients to develop this property into a five bedroom family home complete with open plan ground floor living and a new semi-basement playroom. The existing house was lacking in kerb appeal with a typical 1970s exterior of brickwork, timber cladding, upvc windows and concrete roof tiles. This proposal overhauls the exterior to align with the contemporary interior with brick detailing and crittall style aluminium glazing along with a new slate roof.

Alterations to the garden allow a seamless flow into both the playroom at basement level and the kitchen from the upper terrace, connecting the house at both levels to the generous garden and views beyond.
